Refund & Cancellation Policy

Event Ticket Refunds

48+ Hours Before Event

Full refund available if cancelled more than 48 hours before the event starts.

24-48 Hours Before Event

50% refund available if cancelled between 24-48 hours before the event.

Less than 24 Hours

No refunds available within 24 hours of the event start time.

For Event Organizers

Cancellation Requirements

  • Events can be cancelled up to 24 hours before start time
  • All ticket holders will receive automatic refunds
  • Organizers must provide a cancellation reason

Dispute Resolution

If you have any disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, please contact our support team. We aim to resolve all issues within 48 hours. Our team will review each case individually and work with both parties to reach a fair resolution.
